Marketing Email Is Now Live on PostaSend

Marketing email is officially live on PostaSend. You can now send campaigns, newsletters, and broadcasts from the same platform you already use for transactional email: one account, one dashboard, one API key.

Audience management. Your subscribers now live under a new Audience section, organized into Lists, labeled with Tags, and enriched with custom Attributes you define. Import your existing contacts with a CSV, or add them through the API as your app grows.

Broadcasts. Write your subject and email body, choose a list or segment, preview the result, and send. Need it to go out later instead of right now? Scheduled sends are supported: pick a date and time, and PostaSend takes care of the rest.

Real-time tracking. Every broadcast shows you opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes as they happen. It's the same delivery visibility you already trust for transactional email, now built into marketing as well.

Unsubscribe handling. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are handled automatically. When a subscriber unsubscribes, they're removed from every future send immediately, no manual list management required.

Coming soon: AI content assist. We're building an AI-powered writer directly into the broadcast composer: describe what you want the email to say, and get a full draft back. It isn't live yet, and we won't ship it until it's genuinely useful. When it's ready, you'll hear about it here first.

The standard move in this market is to charge separately for marketing email: transactional on one tier, marketing on another. Hit a wall, upgrade, pay more. We think that's the wrong model for early-stage startups. If you're sending 3,000 emails a month, you shouldn't have to decide whether those emails are "transactional enough" to fit your plan. Marketing email is included in your existing PostaSend plan. Nothing changes on your bill.
